Story: Franklin Fernando came to us bruised and bleeding after he was rescued by the police from his intoxicated and fighting parents. In the process of fighting with each other, Franklin was injured in several places. This was an emergency call to us from the judge on a late Friday night with no other orphanages able to accept Franklin. It is possible that Franklin will be a temporary placement if his parents reconcile, make the appropriate life changes, and follow the judge’s ruling.
