A Full Size Legal Pad with White Paper! On Friday, I mosied over to the office supply cupboard to grab a legal pad for that days work. I write all the stuff down I’m going to talk about on the show that day, and on Friday I couldn’t find any white legal pads. There were yellow legal pads, and miniature legal pads with white paper, but in typical OCD fashion, I started to freak out when I couldn’t find FULL SIZE WHITE LEGAL PADS! I thought maybe I could find one in the basket I haul all my stuff back and forth to work in, and not only did I find 1 legal pad…I found 8! 8 half-used legal pads, with 3 months worth of notes scribbled on them.

2) I’ve been to a World Cup game. In Italy in 1990. I had forgotten about it until recently.

3) The first famous person I met was Willie Ames. He was promoting Bible Man and told me some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten. He said, don’t ever believe your own press, bad or good.

4) Shortly before I fell into my first radio job 12 years ago, I almost applied to cosmetology school. I still wish I could moonlight at the MAC makeup counter!

5) I’ve thought about applying for Design Star on HGTV. I don’t have the design skills, but I could probably finagle the hosting part of it.

6) I’m currently on a few billboards promoting free coke with a carwash, but I’ve been a Pepsi drinker my whole life. I gave up soda 2 years ago, but have begun dabbling again. Is there anything better with Pizza?

7) Speaking of pizza, my favorite food is baked chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy…and green beans. My favorite is when my Mom cooks it, but I’ll get it at KFC if I have to.

8- I’m terrible at math. Recently at a radio event I was trying to make change for a 20, and I couldn’t figure out what 20 minus 6 was. Ahh…duh.

9) I once got fired from a job in college for talking too much.

10) I am a terrible procrastinator, but rarely late.

11) I wish there was such a thing as time travel. I’d go back and wring my 19 year-old neck!

12) I always…always, knew I’d have only daughters.

13) My oldest daughters name is Hebrew for, “My God has answered me.” My second daughter was named for a person on the “Real World.” She’ll probably be on the “Real World” some day…she is a hoot! My youngest was not named after Sarah Palin’s daughter, and do not like it when people think she was.

14) I should read more.

15) I am getting an i-phone tomorrow. My husband will have to explain how to use it, as he does with every new piece of technology. I love him dearly.
